Hey, guys. I have found some information that somehow almost clears up the mystery of the Jeff the Killer image and its origins; we know it predated LONG before the Creepypasta. Here's what I have found so far:
Jeff the Killer image investigation:
Katy Robinson: (the girl behind the photo)
You see, Katy Robinson is an overweight girl that committed suicide after being bullied on /b/ around the Spring of 2008. To my surprise, someone was in that thread and they didn't find any pictures that were Jeff related. One of the girl's photos were photoshopped, mainly making her fatter or adding ugly details to her.
So, is the suicide rumor of Katy Robinson real? I would say no. The post on /b/ was recorded around 2008, and the girl's Twitter account was created around 2009. This proves that the rumor of Katy is fake, and the girl is still alive today. Looking at her Myspace, she is married and currently lives in West Virginia.
That's pretty much it for now. I was pretty much excited that I debunked the Katy Robinson rumor; in fact, this happened for six months before I posted the info on /x/. If you guys have any questions/comments/suggestions, feel free to add on to this thread.

Jeff the Killer image investigation:
- According to an old user on 4chan (referred to as an "oldf*g") claimed that one of the pictures were posted in an early 2004-05ish /b/ thread by some girl asking if she was beautiful. (It wasn't Katy Robinson, it was a different and skinnier girl who first started camming to /b/). One picture she took, in particular, had a bad camera flash which blocked her entire nose. Supposedly anons fell for the trick, posting ugly photoshops of her facial expressions before they got to the original Jeff the Killer image and a couple of more. This happened for two days straight before she left the /b/ forums.
- Another person claimed that one of these pictures were reuploaded on 420chan around 2010, but he never left a screencap or one of the images from the thread. However, he said that the photoshops were made using a canine jaw which is overlapping her original jaw in place; and the girl in the photo had moved to /b/ because of mods and fees.
- One person said that the 4chan thread with the following shops was archived in ChanArchive, I'll try snooping around there to see what I can find.

- I did a reverse image search attempt on Katy Robinson's picture and discovered that it was first recorded on a Christian parody site, by the name, "TrueChristian.com." Looking around there, I have found it in the Hate E-mails section. Surprisingly, the name of the girl wasn't Katy; it was Heather White. There was another picture of her posted along with her sent e-mail around 2004.
- I went into further analysis by looking her name up on Google, I have found her ACTUAL Myspace account and her Twitter account.
- The person who created the old "Katy" account was named "Fabian Luna"; someone hacked the account and found the e-mail that has his following name on it.
